
Brinsan features self-service HR applications to increase efficiency, unique access and reference point to all HR functions for all Brisa employees. SAP HCM was the mainframe they've chosen, giving them the opportunity to use and customize a large set of preset features. The problem was SAP's GUI. It is solid like a rock, but ugly as duck :)
Brisa's HR Department cooperated with us to shape Brinsan's UX including its corporate ID. Although we were stucked time to time by the handcuffs of SAP's GUI rules, we managed to come up with a warm corporate ID, a fresh UI look and finally a far more better UX than SAP HCM's preset ones.
